The Program
The Focus Approach consists, at a minimum, of a three month - sixty (60) hour program.

Ten to twelve daytime classes are held on weekends and each class is no less than five hours long.

We believe the five hour daytime classes prepare test-takers physically, intellectually, and psychologically for the four hour daytime exam.

The Challenge
Given all day, many students would score well on the LSAT, but you are given about 90 seconds to answer each question. You must learn time management. You need to be prepared.

Attorney Mentor/Instructor topˆ
Each class is taught by a practicing attorney who serves as a class mentor.

Course Materials/Over 25 Actual, Released LSAT'S topˆ
The only materials covered in class are the most recently released LSAT's. Over the course of the ten sessions students will be given, at a minimum, the twenty-five most recently released LSAT's. The content of these exams serve as the exclusive subject matter for classroom instruction and homework assignments.

Class Size topˆ
Class size is limited and more than one attorney will teach at each class location. A representative class consists of twenty or fewer students.

Study Groups/Socratic Learning topˆ
Just as they are essential to the success of many law school students, study group sessions are an integral part of "Focus" LSAT preparation.

The attorney/mentor will assist students in setting up study groups. He/she will also help you develop a usable study group protocol.

Thereafter your study group will be expected to meet on a regular basis throughout the preparation period.

Pre-Testing and Consultations topˆ
During the final two sessions, students sit for the two most recently released LSAT's under timed conditions, at the same time the actual LSAT will be administered, in an institutional environment, and with a fifth section added.

Upon completion of those exams, each student is afforded the opportunity to discuss the results one-on-one with his/her attorney mentor. At that time the attorney will, based on the evidence provided by the pretest results, share with the student his/her prospects for success.

Students whose prospects for success have yet to materialize are encouraged to continue their preparation: either by repeating the Focus program for $550 or by continuing preparation on their own. All students who participate in Focus are welcome to return, free of charge, for future test taking sessions whether they repeat the program or not.
