Peter D. Gormanly, ESQ. (Founder) Peter is a graduate of Pace Law School and former Westchester County assistant district attorney. In his eleven years with that office, Peter prosecuted hundreds of felony trial and appellate cases. A holder of a Master’s Degree in International Relations, Adjunct Professor of Legal Studies at Mercy College, and former campaign manager, Peter is the proud father of his two daughters, Colleen and Carolyn.Honorable James A. Montagnino topˆ Jim Montagnino
was a Special Referee in the Supreme Court of the State of New
York. He was assigned to the Matrimonial Part in Westchester County Supreme Court
from 1999 to 2006. He currently presides as a Judicial Law
Secretary over matters in the Albany Supreme Court. His prior legal experience has all been in the public sector since his graduation cum laude from Pace Law School. As an assistant district attorney he prosecuted the appeals of serious felony cases through the highest courts in New York; as an associate attorney at The Legal Aid Society of Westchester County he acted as trial counsel on felony jury trials; and as Principal Law Assistant to a County Court Judge he drafted hundreds of decisions in criminal and civil cases. He has an undergraduate degree in Classics cum laude from Princeton University.Honorable Michael Formoso topˆ A graduate of Fordham University School of Law, Judge Formoso has served as an Acting Village Justice in the villages of Elmsford, Sleepy Hollow and Irvington, starting in 1991. In addition, he has been an Adjunct Professor at the Graduate School of Paralegal Studies of Mercy College since 1986. He
had served as an attorney in the New York State Unified Court System for over thirty years and
was the Principal Law Clerk to Hon. Janet DiFiore, J.S.C., Supervising Judge of all criminal courts in the ninth judicial district.
He is currently the Director of Training and Development with
Westchester County District Attorney's Office.
Scott G. Sullivan, ESQ. topˆ Scott G. Sullivan, Esq. graduated Pace University School of Law in 1999 and is admitted to practice in New York and Connecticut.
He is a member of law enforcement and a private practitioner
specializing in corporate litigation and business and technology
consulting. In addition, he has been an Adjunct Professor at
Sacred Heart University and Mercy College. While at Pace
Univeristy School of Law he interned for Magistrate Judge Mark
D. Fox in the United States District Court for the Southern District
of New York and held the position of Dean's Scholar. He has been
an instructor with the Focus Approach since 2000. |
