Albany Law Pathway Program 2019/February 16th - May 4th (REGISTRATION CLOSED)
Albany Law School has partnered with Focus Approach, LLC to create the "Pathway to Admission" program at Albany Law. Fifty-five hours of LSAT preparation is conducted by Focus Approach attorneys in conjunction with a twelve hour legal writing component that is taught by Albany Law Professor Keith Hirokawa. The goal is to prepare students for law school by preparing them properly for the LSAT. The LSAT program places emphasis on both the IRAC methodology and the psychometric nature of the LSAT; it does not follow the standard methods of commercial prep courses. The legal writing component is designed to improve the writing skills of applicants in advance of actual admission to law school. The program is offered live on Saturdays at Albany Law School. Students who complete both segments of the program, are accepted into and enroll at Albany Law School, receive a one time scholarship from Albany Law School equal to the program's cost of $2,100.
